Generally I'm not a very "political" person. No go topics between friends & family are religion & politics. But here is the problem. I'm an intersex trans person and right now, politicians are literally creating laws to erase our existence. That may sound extreme it that’s what is going on in not only Texas, but other states as well.

I'm a numbers person, so lets looks at the stats:

As of March 24, 2023 there are more than 430 Anti-LGBTQIA+ bills that have been proposed by the states in 2023 alone.

Texas leads the way with 49 bills being introduced and Oklahoma coming in with 35 bills. Of the 49 proposed bills proposed in Texas, 15 of them are in regards to gender in education, 14 regarding Healthcare, 7 to do with free speech & expression, 3 with Identification, 2 to do with Civil Rights, and 8 additional bills having to do with other related topics.

I'm not going to get into everything in this post, but I'm tired of being silent. I won't be erased. I will fight tooth & nail for myself, my friends & family as we simply want to exist. Some people don't like that, they want to destroy us. Harsh? yeah, but it's a reality. Don't get me started on violence stats regarding hate crimes in the USA targeting anti-LGBTQIA+ people... Nah... I'm totally going to dive into that in a later post. It's obscene.
