Still printing lots and lots of Alpacas. Essentially 1 color each day. I print 4 sets of alpacas, but finishing a print & starting a new adds some time in between prints.
I had this really awesome rainbow filament I had been using and wanted a lot of additional alpacas prints with it. On Friday, a print went bad and damaged the head of the printer
I use a service called Obico which had alerted me early on in the print, but I ignored my alerts and subsequently regretted it.
Green boxes are where Obico detected possible issues with the print (and sent me notifications)
I ordered a new hotend once I realized the print was failing (after I had like 12 alerts from Obico) from Amazon. Once I got home and took things apart, thankfully it looked like only the hotend was affected.
Today I swapped out the hotend and here's what my "oops" hotend looked like:

I also took this time to swap out the hotend, from the default 0.4mm Brass Nozzle to a 0.4mm hardened Steel Nozzle as I want to be a little more adventurous and sprint some sparkle filaments. Hopefully things will get better after this.
